Customs & Border Control (CBC)

The offices of CBC at the Owen Roberts International Airport main terminal open at 6:00 a.m. daily and close at 11:00 p.m.

The General Aviation Terminal office is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Workforce Opportunities & Residency Cayman (WORC)

The offices of WORC at the Owen Roberts International Airport main Terminal are open daily from 5:00 a.m. until the last flight.

The office at the General Aviation Terminal is open daily from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Department of Agriculture

The Cayman Islands Department of Agriculture (DoA) maintains an office at the main ORIA Terminal daily from 8:00 a.m. until the last arriving international flight. Opening hours at the Agricultural Health Inspection Services (AHIS) office in the Cargo Express Building is Mondays to Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Inquiries for importing plants, produce, animals, meats, seafood should be referred to DoA by e-mail or telephone.  Telephone inquiries should be directed as follows:

Health Services Authority

The Cayman Islands Health Services Authority (HSA), through its Public Health Office, maintains an office at ORIA. This office is not normally manned daily, but during times of increased health alerts it is staffed during the opening hours of the Airport.

Department of Tourism

The Cayman Islands Department of Tourism (DoT) maintains an information booth at Owen Roberts International Airport. This booth is located just after the arriving Immigration processing area and provides general information on tourism products in the Cayman Islands, including accommodations, transportation and activities. The booth is staffed daily from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
