There are two employee parking lots available for use for airport staff and tenants only. To gain access to the lots, staff members and tenants must apply for a parking card and vehicle decal. The following application requirements are to be met:
Completed application form signed by employee and authorized representative of employer. Click here for Staff Parking Permit Application Form.
The completed Form and applicable fee should be delivered to the Administrative Office of the Cayman Islands Airports Authority, on the second floor of the main terminal at Owen Roberts International airport, for processing.
Parking fee to be submitted with application form. Cheques should be made payable to the Cayman Islands Airports Authority.
Staff parking rates apply to the calendar year and are as follows:
Two decals are included in parking fee. Proof of ownership of vehicles must be presented.
Parking cards and decals are renewed each year and fee is due before January 30thof each year
Applications received July 1st to December 31st - fee is CI$50.00. Parking card and decal are valid until December 31st of the same calendar year.
Applications received January 1st to June 30th - fee is CI$100.00. Parking card and decal are valid until December 31st of the same calendar year.
Failure to renew parking card and pay renewal fee by January 30th deadline will result in deactivation of parking card.
All tenants are responsible for keeping their parking card database current and notifying CIAA when an employee leaves their organization.
All tenants must advise if parking card will be transferred to new employee and give name and contact details so records can be updated.
If card will not be transferred then it should be returned to the CIAA immediately.
Decals should be affixed to motor vehicles at all times.
Vehicles with no current decal will be reported to the RCIPS and towed off property at the expense of the owner.
CIAA assumes no liability for loss or damage to vehicles and contents while parked on CIAA property.
Employee lots should only be used by genuine airport staff and only when on duty at the airport.
Overnight parking is prohibited.
If staff lot is full, overflow parking is located in the Long Term Parking lot.
All parking cards will be disabled after January 30th deadline for those who have not paid their renewal fee.
